Who we are:
Western Painted Parts Supply is a family owned and operated company, that is committed to producing the highest quality painted parts in the business. We have been doing so locally and nationally since 2003. Our staff has been certified by one of the most respected automotive finish companies in the world, Sikkens. We are also I-Car certified. I-Car certification is an insurance standard in the automotive repair industry.With over nine years of experience, and the highest level of certification, you can rest assured that we will do the job right. Producing quality finished parts is what drives us.
The Paint:
We use top-of-the-line Sikkens AutoBase Plus, a base coat and clear coat system. Sikkens, a subsidiary of AkzoNobel, the world's largest manufacturer of paints and coatings, has been doing business since 1792, in 130 countries, with 5500 employees. Sikkens is a company dedicated at its core to one thing: Getting the color right. Sikkens supports us in ways that go far beyond the norm in our industry. Because we see our customers as partners, as does Sikkens, one of our most important jobs is to produce accurate, predictable, and consistent color.We offer a Life Time Warranty on all our painted part finishes, which is backed by Sikkens paint as long as you own the car. All six common problems are totally covered:
Cracking, Checking, Hazing, Chalking, Fading and Peeling
The Part:
Western Painted Parts Supply uses Quality OEM Equivalant replacement parts. Each part is carefully inspected to insure that you will receive a comparable part that is of the highest quality. We guaranty that you will receive an OEM Equivilant Part, free fom defects and abnormalities. We also insure that it will fit right.
Color Code:
We will need your color code, which is located in the driver-side door jam, or on the fire wall in the engine compartment. To help identify the variance of color for your car, we will also require your vehicles VIN# (located on the dash board on the driver's side.) If you are having trouble finding your color code please call 541-570-1676 (Monday-Friday 8am to 9pm PST.)
Our Sikkens certified painter will paint the part to match your vehicles color code with the help of a computer mixing system. We use a base coat, clear coat system, so your Part will look its best.
WE Offer Rush Processing: on all our bumpers. This service is a additional charge of $75. Call 541-570-1676 for more information.
Additional Charges:
There is an additional $85 charge should your color code indicate that it is a tri-coat color, or, if it is a two-tone color.
SHIPPING:
Why should you have to go to a Bus Station to get your bumper! We will ship it right to your door.We use USPS Parcel Post. USPS Parcel Post Delivery will take 2-9 business days to deliver.We will email You a tracking Number, once your part has shipped.
IMPORTANT: You must inspect the part before you sign off on your package. Once you Sign off on your package, you are indicating to USPS and to Western Painted Parts Supply that you have received your Part free of damage. If your Part has damage you must call us right a way, and refuse the package, you then must notify your local post office of the damage. We will then upon your notification start a damage claim. Parts that are signed off on will be considered to be received Damage Free.
