Thank you for your purchase. Payment is expected at the completion of the sale. If there is some reason you can't pay within 36 hours of your purchase, please send an email letting us know how and when you intend to pay.

Shipping:

We take pride in our Fair Price Shipping Program. We do not falsify shipping information to avoid or reduce buyer expenses on customs, tarrifs or duties. We only ship to your address of record with ebay and paypal. We only ship to North America. We use recycled boxes and packing materials whenever possible to keep costs down. Your item will be shipped with insurance to protect you from any damages or loss of your item. You will receive a rebate whenever the actual shipping cost is less than the shipping you paid for. Your item will ship out within 2 business days of payment clearing. Shipping is via USPS or UPS as we believe they offer the best value. If you need faster shipping than listed, email us for a quote. We always welcome local pickup at Boaters' Resale Shop of Texas located at 1206A FM2094 in Kemah, Texas. We are open Monday through Friday 10AM to 5PM, Saturday 9AM to 5PM and Sunday 1030AM to 430PM. Terms of Sale:

We do offer a refund policy for customers who are unhappy with their purchase.   If you decide to request a refund, you must request that refund within 3 days of receiving your item.  If you request a refund within the 3 day period following receipt of the item and the item is returned to us within 10 days of your receiving the item and it is in the same condition it was in when we shipped it out, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.  We do not refund shipping under any circumstances. We do not pay for return shipping.

About Us:

Boaters' Resale Shop of Texas opened for business in January of 2005. We are a consignment based operation that specializes in used boat equipment and small boats. Most of our items are being sold for local boaters who bring their items in for consignment. Boaters' Resale Shop of Texas is located in the Galveston Bay area of Texas between Houston and Galveston. This area is widely recognized as the third largest concentration of wet boat slips in the United States. We have over 15,000 boats within 20 miles of our store. These boats and their owners are the source for most of our items. We advertise nationwide and often have items shipped to us from out of state to be sold through our store.
