2. We take detail pictures of the item. Other sellers either have ONE or TWO pictures and that's it. We give you front, back and detail pictures of all the damages to the item.
3. We're patient with you or your money. You have up to 14 days to pay for the item (on the 7th day, we'll send an unpaid reminder. We'll close the dispute on the 15th day if we still don't have the money, and you'll get an un-paid strike.) Other sellers demand payment within 48 hours or they will report you. We will work with you.
4.. We're honest about our items. We don't hide damages, we give you close up pictures of the damages (please see #2). Other sellers only mention "some scratches, missing a tab" without any close up pictures to show the extend of damages. Also, we give you up front shipping cost, the item's part number, and how much the item costs at retail price so you can calculate how much you'll save with us right away.
5. We pack our items carefully and give them plenty of peanuts for the trip. Please read our feedbacks to see our previous buyers praise us for the well-packed packages.
6. We ship quick, usually within 24 hours of payment.

EASIEST RETURN POLICY: If the item is not what we stated or we missed a damage, we will refund the full amount including shipping and handling fee to the buyer. However, the buyer has to pay for the return shipping back to us. If the buyer changes his/her mind, we'll take it back and issue the buyer a refund, but the shipping fee won't be refunded, just the auction price. If an item is stated "AS-IS", then we will not offer any form of refund whatsoever. DUE TO BUYERS TOOK PICTURES OF THEIR OWN BROKEN ITEMS.
