SHIPPING / HANDLING TIME: We ship 5 days a week, 9-12am our time. Items paid by 9am with go out that day. Items after 11am will likely be sent the next day. Items paid 9am to 11am may be shipped either day.

If you have a RUSH request please contact us immediately or contact us by the phone listed on our website.

US SHIPPING: Domestic shipping rates are to any of the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico have slightly higher shipping costs. We ship most items by USPS and they may not provide tracking information. Larger items and items between 75 and 150 pounds (small engines) are shipped by Fed Ex. Large engines over 150 pounds are shipped by truck freight. Shipping prices in listings on engines over 150 pounds is for delivery to the nearest freight terminal. Residential delivery is additional (if available).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship to any other country, but be aware that the shipping costs are usually high, often 2-3 times the cost of shipping within the US. Email us for a quote. International shipping times can be VERY long due to clearing customs and different postal services in different countries. Occasionally an item we ship never arrives. We are advising anyone who requests international shipping of this.

CONFIRMATION, TRACKING AND LOST PACKAGES: We email all buyers with a shipping confirmation and tracking number at the time of shipment. After parts have left our shop, delivery is out of our control. We can not be responsible for items after we ship them and we will not give refunds on parts that never arrive. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim for the missing package.

COMBINED SHIPPING, for multiple item purchases. If you email us when you complete Checkout and let us know you would like combined shipping, We discount the shipping by 50% for additional-lesser value items purchased. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

PRICING: We are here to sell parts and we realize that price sells, so if you find a lower price on a comparable item, let us know and we will do whatever we can to earn your business.

Only our engines and frames are "or best offer" listings. All other items are set to go on sale after the 2nd month of being listed, at a rate of 5-10% off per month.

DESCRIPTION: We try to accurately describe our parts but we can't describe every imperfection of every part, so please look at the photos closely and ask any questions about the condition of the part before buying. If you have specific questions about the item listed please Ask before bidding, You will get what you see pictured or your money back.

Ebays "used" or "for parts or repair" terms are general terms and you should always check the Description, Pictures, Condition, and terms as listed.

CONDITION, Some parts may need reconditioning before use. These are used parts from used bikes and may have rust, dents, dirt, grease, scratches, scuffs, tears, corrosion, etc. If you want a part that looks like new, with a warranty, then we recommend that you buy a new part, not a used part. This item is used and was hopefully pictured very clearly, if you have specific questions regarding the condition of the items you should ask us. Parts may fit other years and models. Please do your own research to make sure parts will fit your bike before buying.

WARRANTY: We guarantee that all parts are in working condition when we ship them unless otherwise specified. We cannot warranty used parts, because they are used and nobody knows how long a used part will last. There are no returns and no warranty on any electrical items.

Item Cancellations are subject to fee of 5% of total paid for each item canceled but not shipped minimum fee is $2.50

RETURNS: Since it is the buyers responsibility to look closely at the photos, ask questions about the condition of the item and make their own determination as to whether the part will fit and work on their bike before making the purchase, In the event we do accept a return, not due to an error on our part, there is a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless caused by an error on our part. If we make a mistake in shipping or order processing, we will pay all shipping charges to correct the problem. IDENTIFICATION: We do mark our parts in various ways, so if you return a part back to us, be sure that you return the same part we sent to you with our marking or label intact.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal for immediate shipment, and cash only for local pickup.

LAYAWAY: Items over $75.00 Only. We will hold any item for you with a 25%-50% deposit, so if you can't afford the part you need, we can help with a payment plan. Please email for more information.

Disclaimer: We do not tolerate feedback blackmail, threats, or scams, We list every part the best we can and strive to work with our customers to resolve any issues. We are not in the business of giving away good or repairable parts.

If the item is important enough to accept a return the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and once the item is received we will at the least refund the purchase price and at the most the purchase price plus the shipping the buyer paid on the original purchase, Not the return shipping.

In cases where the item is believed to be damaged but not worth the value to have it sent back we will refund the purchase price and you may keep the item.

Transaction cancellations and refunds are based on faith, between the buyer and seller. If negative, neutral or slandering feedback is left after we have done our due part for the buyer, the buyer will be reported and all negotiations will end and no refunds will be sent.
