Condition is Good!! This manual has slightly soiled covers but the inside pages are clean. Some (very few) pages may have slight staining/slight tears/soiling/writing/wrinkles/finger prints/ etc etc...but all pages are there and most of the pages are like new!!

I only have ONE of these!!
