Effective Thursday February 16th, 2012 Foreign Shipping Charges have changed due to higher rates charged by the USPS! Effective Monday June 17th, 2013 the cost to mail brochures has changed from $6.00 to $11.48 (my cost) for First Class Mail International Package. I can no longer charge $6.00 and have it cost me $11.48! Sorry for the increase but blame the USPS not me!
