Condition is Good!! This manual has slightly soiled covers (back cover of this one has a corner chunk missing) but the inside pages are clean. Some (very few) pages may have slight tearing/slight staining/soiling/writing/wrinkles/finger prints/ etc etc...but all pages are there and 99% of the pages are like new!!
