We will gladly process your request for a return or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery date. The return/exchange must include a copy of the original sales receipt with the reason for return. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be new, unused, and contain all the original packaging and accessories. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping costs that must be paid in full before the exchange can be processed. No returns or exchanges will be granted on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. We will not grant refunds for gift cards or eBay bucks, instead we can only offer in-store credit. We do our absolute best to get your order packed and shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 P.M Eastern Standard Time. All items are shipped via USPS (unless you specify otherwise). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the received item was your error there will be a 20% restocking fee charged. Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us (5 to 10 business days), processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply send us a message describing the need for the return and if possible a picture of the defective or challenged product. Please try to not write us through eBay "item not as described" as we do our best to give all necessary details of our products. This hurts our reputation with eBay and we would much more rather just taking care of whatever challenges you may have first hand. Thank you.
