    Schram Auto Parts will ship anywhere in the United States and to most international countries. All items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or Freight. Local pickup is also available upon request.

    SHIPPING

    Schram Auto Parts uses FedEx and UPS for most small parcel items. Items purchased and paid for before 4pm eastern time Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day. Items that are paid for after 4pm will be shipped the following business day or on Monday for purchases made over the weekend. All tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay and PayPal. Canadian customers could incur additional brokerage fees on FedEx or UPS which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees can generally be circumvented by selecting USPS mail as your shipping option depending on the type of item purchased.

    FedEx and UPS DO NOT ship to PO addresses. Please include a valid pysical address where the package can be delivered.

    USPS SHIPPING

    Items shipping on USPS will ship the same day if purchased and paid for before 1pm eastern time Monday through Friday. Items puchased and paid for after 1pm will ship the following day. Purchases that are paid for over the weekend will ship on Monday.

    FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

    Freight items are generally shipped the same day if purchased and paid for before 12pm eastern, however due to packaging and the availability of freight carriers this can vary. Freight quotes/estimates are dependant upon size, weight, and fragility of the item being shipped as well as the distance. It is common for freight carriers to charge for residential delivery and liftgate services (to lift heavy items off of the truck). The most cost effective solution is to ship to a business address with a loading dock or fork truck. We always strive to get our customers the best possible price on freight, but please check with us for a freight quote before purchasing items that will need to be shipped via freight.

    IN STORE PICKUP

    Local pickup is available at either of our Locations Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm eastern time. Orders that are picked up locally are subject to Michigan tax, 6%. Pickup locations - Waterford location at 2549 Dixie Highway, Waterford MI, 48328 and our Mason location at 1325 N. Cedar, Mason MI, 48854.

    SHIPMENT TRACKING

    All tracking information is loaded into eBay and Paypal, you can view the tracking by selecting items I have won and then choosing track. Tracking numbers are also delivered via email when the shipment is created.

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

    It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. We are not able to fulfill requests to alter customs documentation, so please do not as ask those requests will be ignored and may be reported to eBay as violation of eBay policy.

    Our goal is to have every customer get what they ordered as described in the listing the first time every time, but in the event there is a problem we offer a very flexible return policy here at Schram Auto Parts. We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, and incorrect (by fault of customer or Schram Auto) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Schram Auto Parts within 7 days of receipt.

    All returns must be authorized by Schram Auto Parts. To request authorization, contact us via eBay messaging or by calling 269-343-3323. Schram Auto Parts will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item within 10 days (much less in most cases) upon receipt of defective product.

    RETURNS/REFUND

    We do not charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise unless otherwise noted. Refunds due to customer mistake or changing mind after shipping will be refunded for the purchase price less shipping charges. If you purchased a free shipping item your refund will be less our shipping cost, so please inquire about that cost prior to sending the part(s) back. Writing the sales record number on the exterior of the package being returned will help us identify the order, and get the refund/exchange processed more quickly, so that is appreciated and helpful to you, the buyer, as well.

    Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If the condition of a part has been altered from the way it was received, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes alterations or damages incurred attempting installation, noticeable markings from being mounted, programming of items that require a VIN to be tagged to them, etc.

    Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase, and will be processed by the following business day from when we receive the returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by Schram Auto Parts.

    EXCHANGES

    We are happy to exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect (by fault of Schram Auto Parts) merchandise, and we will cover any associated shipping costs. Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. We may request pictures of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before we will authorize a return. We will ship your replacement upon receiving your returned merchandise.

    It is important you make sure the item is fully inspected for damage/defects prior to installation. Please report any damage or defects to us as soon as possible, as we are unable to cover any installation or associated costs. Any items deemed defective will be exchanged depending upon availability. If the item is no longer available a refund or credit will be issued for the defective part.

    The shipping service used to send replacement parts will be determined at the discretion of Schram Auto Parts.

    EXCEPTIONS

    If you ordered an item in error and would like to return it, please contact us. We may authorize the return, but we will not pay the return shipping and will only refund the cost of the item. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. Your refund will be processed once we receive the item.
