Products may be returned if they are in their original sellable packaging and unused. Parts are NOT returnable if they are used, installed, disassembled, damaged due to incorrect installation, or have missing parts such as hardware or instructions. Once we receive your return we conduct an inspection and verify that the item meets the above guidelines, a refund will then be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Core Refund will be given as: Money Back

To receive credit, the core must be returned within 30 Days. Before sending back the core, all fluids must be drained and it must be sent back in the manufactures box that the replacement came in. Core must be in reusable condition, i.e. not smashed, broken in two, or rusted solid. Shipping charges on cores are not refundable. Any questions feel free to contact us.
