In no event will our collective liability to any party (regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the cost of replacing the part sold. Parts are NOT returnable if they are used, installed, disassembled, damaged due to incorrect installation, or have missing parts such as hardware or instructions.
