1. Shipping price is for this item is to the
continental 48 states only.
2. Additional shipping charge will apply to buyer
from Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Virgin
Islands.
3. We do not ship body kit or hood internationally,
and we do not ship to P.O. Box, APOs, FPOs,
or Military Mail Box either.
4. We use trucking service for body kit and hood
packages only, the tracking number can only be used
at carrier's own websites to update delivery status.
5. Please open/inspect package upon arrival with the
delivery agent present BEFORE you sign for it. If
there is any damage, you must note it on the
delivery slip. Any damage claims must be made to us
within 1 business day (NO EXCEPTIONS).
6. At this time, we only ship within US. A valid and
physical US shipping address is required for
delivery. All merchandises will be shipped to the
address you provide via eBay or PayPal profile.
7. If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is
the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request
reshipment. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee
and the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
8. Hood Lord Auto Parts holds the highest standards
in product packaging and inspection before any
merchandise is shipped to our customer.
9. Please allow 4-8 business days for delivery. If
an item has not been shipped within 15 business
days, customers are encouraged to contact us
immediately with their order number, so that we can
quickly resolve any outstanding issues with the
order.
10. If you would like to change the shipping address
or have questions about an order, please contact us
within 24 hours after you submit the payment.
11. Instruction for Hood/Body Kit Buyer
* We can deliver the body
kit/hood package to the body shop that handles
installation for you. Please make sure to edit
shipping address during checkout. We need detail
info about the body shop: Business title, shop
address, contact person, and phone#. Please also
have your body shop aware of the coming package just
in case they might refuse it due to unknown
delivery.
* Your order info will be forwarded to our
warehouse, someone will be contacting you with the
phone number provided.
Please keep in mind
* Upon receiving your package, please DO NOT sign
any paper works given by the truck driver yet until
you have fully inspected or walked through checking
that there is no damages to the product itself.
* If the truck driver refuses to let you inspect the
package do not accept the item or sign the paper
works. Write down the truck driver's name and let us
know, we will report to the trucking company.
* You have the full right to open the package in
front of the truck driver during inspection and
refuse to sign the paper work (same as refusing to
accept the package) if a damage is detected.
* All of the packages come with an insurance,
protecting you as a buyer and us as a seller. If the
truck driver refuses to take the damaged package
with whatever reasons it is mainly because they
don't want to take the responsibility or let us use
the insurance coverage that is included. |

1. Please follow the
instructions below to file claim if you receive a
defected, damaged or wrong item.
Step 1. Contact us via eBay
messaging, please make sure to include your eBay ID
or Item#.
Step 2. Send pictures to us as evidence of actual
condition of arrived item, and we'll verify that.
Step 3. Wait for our verification and we'll further
advice on return/exchange/reship/refund.
Step 4. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to
process return/exchange/reship/refund.
2. All returns must be approved before you ship any
item back to us. A return label must be issued by
Hood Lord Auto Parts.
3. Any unscheduled or unapproved returns will be
shipped back to you. The buyer is responsible for
return shipping costs.
4. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect
the merchandise prior to signing off package. We are
not responsible for any damage whether before or
after installment.
5. To report fitment issue, a fitment report must be
completed and consigned by certified Collision or
Body Shop. Please send the fitment report along with
images to us.
6. Very rarely, our items may be damaged in some
non-obvious way (e.g.: manufacture defects or hidden
damage). If you happen to receive such an item,
please contact us. |

1. Guaranteed
fitment policy, if there is a fitment issue please
contact us. We will need you to send in pictures of
the the parts and show us what is the problem first.
A copy of the business license from the body shop
who is doing the installation. If the parts is
defective after reviewing of the info you provided
we will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad
product and ship out new product.
2. All parts must be prepped and installed by a
professional body shop that has experience working
with fiberglass car parts including but not limited
to cutting, filling, sanding, and shaving. Extra
fees can be incurred for proper fitment. All parts
are for off-road and show use only. Removal of the
bumper reinforcement bars maybe necessary to
mount/hang front and rear bumpers, this is done at
the buyer/owners own risk, we do not accept
liability for injuries resulting from customization
of buyer/owners car, this is done at their own risk.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying
with any/all local, state, and federal laws.
3. Back Orders
We try our best to keep all items in warehouse that
are posted thru our ads, however, there might be a
chance that certain items are sold out before we can
stop all our posting ads. If this is the case, we
will promptly notify you and offer a waiting time,
if you do not wish to wait, we will issue a full
refund back to you immediately.
4. Installation instructions are not included. All
items are Brand New unless stated otherwise on the
listing. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) items with few
exceptions. We are not obligated in teaching you how
to install. Professional installation is strongly
recommended. |
