In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, please do not worry. Your item is sent on a fully insured service and we will offer you a full refund or replacement item and will deal with any issue fast! We obtain proof of postage on all purchases.
Should your item arrive damaged we ask that you contact us immediately on receipt and where applicable do not sign for the item and instead insist that the item is returned to us (damage to the item, not to the packaging). Should this be the case please contact us (no later than 48 hours after refusing the item). Where signatures are needed, by signing for an item you are declaring that you have received the item in good condition and we may not be able to extend our above offer to cover this.
Should you wish to return your item for any other reason we will accept your return at our own discretion, but you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item to us and any postage costs incurred by ourselves will be deducted from any refund. All goods must be returned in their original condition including all parts and original packaging.
You must first obtain written consent from us by email whereby we will supply you with further details including a return address and code. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
