All fluids must be drained from the core The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed. Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you including the manufacturer's branded box with part number. If a core is sent back without this box there is no core refund per the manufacturer. Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued.
