 The parts that we sell are for BMW vehicles only.

Sorry, we can not answer your questions about other makes and models.

In the rare event that the item is out of stock or not available we will refund  your money.

 Some items have to be special ordered and take a few days to arrive from the warehouse. We do our best to ship items in a timely manner. 

Our store hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The answers to your questions will be made during those times, and orders will be shipped during store hours as well.

Please note that all parts and accessories may not be compatible with all BMW  models and years.

Please ask us if your vehicle is compatible with the part that you are planning to purchase before you purchase it, if you are unsure.

Kindly provide us with your car’s year and model in the question section of the listing. 

Sales Tax:

Our dealership is located in NJ. Therefore, we have to charge 7% sales tax to

all orders shipped within New Jersey for all items except clothing. 

Return Policy: 

No refunds will be given. All sales are final. Defective products and Lifestyle

items will be accepted for exchange only if we are notified within 24 hours of the product being received by the buyer.

After that, the buyer has 7 days for the exchange.

 After that time period, an exchange will be made only at the seller’s discretion.

Please note that all new BMW vehicle parts and accessories, are purchased from the manufacturer, as well as warranted by the manufacturer (BMW) unless otherwise noted.

Only products shipped in new condition, as shipped by the manufacturer are eligible for exchange.
