1970-1979 Firebird, Trans Am, Formula Oil and Temp Gauge
Included in this listing is an original GM Oil and Temp Gauge
from a 1979 Trans Am. It is the type that is installed in the original gauge
cluster between the Clock/Tach and Speedometer. It will fit a 70-81 Firebird,
Trans Am, or Formula, but the font is specific to a late 1973 or 1979. The
70-early 73 models had a red line (actually orange) on both the water and oil.
The 80-81 has a different font style.
It is in very good condition. The numbers/lines are crisp and clear and the
orange coloring is still nice. Both gauges have been bench tested for continuity
and work. Would give it a 8 out of 10 rating.
