Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the eBay system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective. Any item returned to us in non-brand new condition and/or not in original packaging (ready to sell) will be charged a restocking fee of at least 20% - ALL pistons not shipped incorrectly by us or shown to be defective are charged at least a 20% restock fee automatically. Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. We do not do "exchanges" - you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RMA number to do so) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it. You can then purchase the correct item at any time.
Cancel/Change An Order: We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been paid for, we cannot cancel or change it - no exceptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Please check your order for accuracy and verify that the shipping address is correct before you submit payment. See our return policy for details on how to return an item that is ordered incorrectly.
Emails: Please contact us using the eBay message system only, this is a requirement of eBay and ensures we will see your message. Don't email us directly, as messages are often captured by junk email filters. Every effort is made to answer all questions within (1) business day – we are closed evenings, holidays and on weekends. Any question sent during those times will be answered during the next business day.
Feedback: We value our feedback rating tremendously – besides the fact that it allows us to judge how satisfied our customers are, it affects our seller status, which allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. Our feedback is left automatically after we receive it because we don't consider the transaction complete until our buyers have received their order and are satisfied. If you feel the need to leave anything other than positive feedback, please contact us first. We will try to resolve any issues, but we can’t rectify a problem if we are not aware of it.
Warranty: Some items are covered by a warranty, any issue due to improper installation or improper use is NOT covered by warranty. Please contact us with any questions about a warranty on a particular item. Many are manufacturer's warranties and must be handled through the manufacturer.
