We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Flat rate shipping charges are for the lower 48 states of the US. If you need shipping to another location, please contact us before purchase for a shipping quote. We ship within 1-3 days of receiving cleared payment. On items that are shipped via freight carrier, an additional charge will apply if delivered to a residential address. Local pick-up is free.
Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 45-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 45 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part (if available) or refund the part purchase price.
For items damaged in transit, we ask that you take a photo of the item and the package and contact us immediately. Please don't attempt to repair the item or throw away the packaging - this will make it impossible to recover damages from the shipping carrier.
