DENSO's patented iridium alloy is more durable than even platinum, allowing the center electrode to be shrunk to only 0.7 mm in diameter. This produces a dramatic improvement in ignitability and spark plug life.

Closely related to platinum and exhibiting even tougher qualities, the rare metal iridium is an ideal material for spark plugs. A fine-wire, 0.7mm iridium center electrode is 360-degree laser welded in place using an exclusive DENSO process, and then matched to a platinum ground electrode. This pair of precision-formed, premium-metal electrodes dramatically extends the plug's useful life.

RETURN SHIPPING COST: Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

RESTOCKING FEES: A 10% restocking fees may be applied to the following merchandise; Electrical/electronic parts and fuel delivery parts, fuel injection parts, and suspension parts.

CORES: All cores must be purchased from us within 30 days. All cores must be returned in the original carton. Cores must be complete, assembled, and damage by abuse, fire, water or weather will not be accepted. Fuel distributors and control units, disassembled or tampered with are unacceptable for return. Critical core items (i.e., cylinder heads, turbo chargers) may require manufacturer acceptance prior to credit being issued.

SHIPPING CLAIMS: Title and risk of loss, damage or package shortage passes to the customer upon delivery of freight to the carrier. When a package or shipment appears damage at the time of receipt, please note the condition of the container over your signature on the receipt and have the driver sign the bill of lading indicating the problem. You must file a formal claim against the carrier for any loss, damage or package shortage.

SHORTAGES/INCORRECT PARTS: If the shipment is received in good condition and after unpacking, shortages, overages, or wrong parts are discovered, please notify us within 48 hours (two business days) by contacting through eBay message system or calling at (866-572-5364).

WARRANTY: RPMotive warrants all products sold to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months / 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) or , the expressed manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater.

The warranty period commences on the date the product is delivered to customer but no later than (6) months after the invoiced date. RPMotive warrants that we will replace the part free of charge at our own discretion any product which, under normal condition of use and service, proves to be defective in material or workmanship. No cash/credit refund on defects, replacement part only. Our warranty does not cover any labor cost for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair for incidental or consequential damages arising out of breach of the warranty even though caused by negligence or other fault.

Excluded from our warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper diagnosis, application, installation, operation or vehicle condition. Claims under this warranty must be submitted by indicating the number of the invoice with which the part has been supplied by us, a copy of the repair order showing when the part was first installed, as well as the copy of the warranty repair order.

SALE TAX: We collect applicable sales tax for all orders shipping to California address.

SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S: We do ship internationally. But, brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
