My research shows this NOS 3004104 2 speed wiper switch with an NOS 3780568 knob and bezel are for most 1969 Dodge vans and trucks including Lil Red Express and Warlock models.

Further research indicates part number 3004104 is the same as part number 2864152.

If you do not need a new wiper switch, the NOS 3780568 knob and bezel is available as a separate item in my eBay store.
