TRACKING NUMBERS

In the event that an item is back ordered rest assured that FUELED 4WD will contact you immediately! Items that are Special Order or Custom may require additional handling and shipping time.

In Addition, FUELED 4WD uses FED-EX, USPS & UPS for shipments and FUELED 4WD reserves the right to use each at our discretion. A note on images, FUELED 4WD receives many of our images direct from the Manufacturer of products. In some cases images are generic and used for multiple products. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

FUELED 4WD will gladly ship any and all items Internationally!  FUELED 4WD will need to quote the shipping for said item/s before the item is purchased but only after the BUYER has CONTACTED the SELLER with the correct shipping information and contact phone number (REQUIRED). Some items can be calculated by Ebay automatically with the correct pricing but if the buyer or the seller feel the shipping price is not correct after the purchase the seller reserves the right to refund the customer in full for the total purchase price.  In addition the buyer can request a refund in full if a shipping agreement can not be met. Additionally, International Customers are responsible for ALL additional duties, fees and taxes incurred by their respective Country. Once said items leave the USA, FUELED 4WD has no control over Customs and delivery delays. Amounts due in US Funds Only.

 

TERMS

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be in NEW, UNUSED condition, 100% complete & contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Some items such as Special Orders, Mounted Wheels/Tires, etc and Custom items may not be eligible for return. ALL Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

HOW TO RETURN

Request an RMA # by contacting FUELED 4WD with your invoice number and reason for return. After you have sent an RMA request, a customer service representative will be in contact with you with the corresponding RMA # if your return has been approved. When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RMA # on the outside of the packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice inside the package. We STRONGLY recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. We are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

WARRANTY

Should your product fail after purchase and said products are still under warranty from manufacturer, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer. Should your product fail after warranty expiration, please contact us and we will assist you in getting the necessary parts for repair or replacement from manufacturer. Please NOTE that warranties are provide by the Manufacturer.
