Order is being processed usually within 24-48 hours after payment received and cleared. Orders are being prepared for shipping and shipped on business days only. Please allow extra time if you pay by any sort of cheque ? your order will be processed only after clearance. We use USPS and UPS services . If customer wants other shipping services (for example, service with shorter delivery period or guaranteed exact time) and agree to pay difference of cost we will undoubtedly help him to get this service.

Every product is being packed very carefully in order to protect it from transportation damages. Please note, that shipping cost in our shop includes not just shipping price of courier, but packaging and labor costs as well.

We confirm that all products are exact as described in listings. All products, which you can buy in  MM AUTO  shop are tested and working 100 % if not listed otherwise.

Faulty products, which meet with standards of our warranty policy and which warranty term is not expired, will be exchanged after inspection.  It is the customer?s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
