RETURNS &

Returns are hassle-free with Dotor Auto. You can return your item within 14 days, no questions asked. Please be advised that the item needs to be in its original packaging, unused and with the original receipt.
Please note that if
you do not collect your package and it gets returned to us, we will
have to either charge you for the second shipping or refund you
deducting the amount of your original shipment.
COMPLAINTS AND

with a 1 year warranty. You will need to present your purchase
receipt/invoice in order to get your warranty honored.
WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOUR
PACKAGE

package thoroughly before signing for it. If there is any transport
defect you need to refuse the package and fill a claim with the
courier/post company and notify us. If there is a hidden defect that
was unnoticeable please contact us in order to solve the problem.
