Claim Policy

*** Shipping damage must be reported and filed with us immediately. These will benefit you in getting your RESHIP item SOONER. Please keep the item(s) and take the photos with the packing material and email to us. We will take care of your claim within 24-48 hours.

***No more than 14 days after customer receives item.

  • Defective & Damaged items: Please emails us upon item is received to process an exchange, refund or a discount. Digital pictures are required to process this claim. After we review the pictures we will determine if we can send you a pre-paid shipping label or ask you to ship the item back so we can send you a replacement.
  • Wrong purchased item (Exchange): Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, you will also pay the price difference (if any) to exchange for the correct item.
  • Wrong purchased item (Refund): Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 12% restocking fee. Returned items must be kept in good condition in order to receive refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit we will file a lost package claim with the shipping company. 
  • Received Incorrect Items: Email us right away, we will ask for information to determine what item you were shipped and process the exchange. You will be provided with a return shipping label and we will ship you the correct part.
*** Shipping and handling are non-refundable for free shipping items.
 
Terms & Conditions
1. Damage in transaction, email us the photos of the damaged with the packing material. We will reship another one with 2-3 days, please still keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.

2. Wrong parts, either we shipped the wrong parts or you order the wrong parts. Please advise your VIN NUMBER, MODEL YEAR, and ENGINE SIZE. If you can provide us the photos of your car that will help us to determine your need. Advise us the parts number, (normally it is inside the box with the plastic packing material) we do not want to repeat the mistake. So we can server you better. If we shipped the wrong parts, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to get it back. If you order the wrong parts, you may need to ship it back and pay another shipping & handling fee for the second time shipping.

3. Some of the items may require professional skill to install, we strong recommend you have professional person to help. Also some parts may need to paint to match your colors. Please inspect this item and check it with the photos we have in our listing page. We do not accept claim if you have installed/painted in your car. Some parts may be shaped, you should be always careful when take it out from the packing material. We are not to compensate the labor expenses, towing cost, repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by damage or wrong parts order.
 
***Photos are required when filing the damaged claim.
 
***If the item is different with the photo in our listing, advise the information of the sticker via email (The one with the short description and part number). So we will not repeat the mistake.
 
***All sales are final, we only able to provide EXCHANGE at buyer's expense WITHIN 14 DAYS. All item shipped have been inspected in detail to avoid any manufacturer flaw.
