* Please inspect all items by the time it arrives. If any damaged or missing items are found, please let the delivery driver know immediately. Customer must contact us within 24 hours after the packages arrived via email for all claims of shipping damage, defects or missing parts. No claims will be accepted after 24 hours. We will file a claim to against the carrier, once the claim is approved, we will take the items back and reship the new items as soon as possible. Please keep all received packages (boxes and labels) for inspection from carrier.
* If you receive the wheels are not what you purchase, please contact us immediately, we will exchange the wheels for you and we will pay for return shipping and reshipping fee as well.
* If the wheels do not fit your vehicle, please contact us immediately. Please keep the received packages (boxes and labels), and provide photos to show us the problem. Professional installation is highly recommended. If you would like to return the wheels due to fitment errors, we will not refund the shipping fee and we will charge a 30% re-stocking fee. Also customer is responsible for return shipping fee as well. Please contact us to verify your vehicle's fitment before any bidding, we will provide you professional advices.
* If customer purchases wheels only or wheels and tires without mounting and balancing, please fit the wheels on the vehicle to ensure the fitment before mounting tires on. Once the wheels are mounted with tires, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND will be given.
* If customer purchases wheels and tires with mounting and balancing. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND will be given in any circumstances (except wrong items are shipped.)
* All return items must have RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number on the package. Please contact us for the RMA number before sending any items back. Be sure to clearly indicate the reason of returning, your eBay ID, and the item number with the return items. Any return packages without a RMA number will be refused by us.
* Please send the items back to us in original package, and it should be no signs of being installed or mounted, and no scratches. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or installer to confirm the correctness of size and application before installation. We will inspect the return item and verify the problem. If the return item has been installed, modified, or scratches; only partial refund will be issued.
