Track Your Package: Tracking information will be Emailed to you, placed in the Ebay transaction page as well as put in your PayPal transaction page when the item is shipped. We will normally ship all orders within 1-4 business days once payment has been verified. Pazzo Levers normally ship within 4 business days once colors and lever length are verified and payment has cleared.

All returns/exchanges must include our Authorization form. This form will include all information to help us process the return/exchange quickly and correctly. Find it here.
Returns: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) on returns plus a restocking fee. If an item shipped for free, a nominal shipping fee (usually $12.99 for domestic) will be required by check or PayPal transfer.
Exchanges: Buyer is responsible for shipping the item to us as well as the shipping cost for the new item.
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items or any items without the tags will not be accepted. Please, do not ship an item only in its original manufacturers packaging. Please use a cardboard box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to us.
