Domestic Shipping
Shipping is $0 anywhere in the Continental US (48 states) via UPS Ground or Freight. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please contact us with your zip code for a shipping quote prior to purchase. All shipping rates include shipping insurance.
Canadian Shipping
The Automotive Works ships to Canada via UPS. Please contact us with your postal code, city, and province for a Canadian shipping quote.
International Shipping
The Automotive Works is currently not shipping to international locations.
Orders are typically shipped within the handling time advertised in the listing details. Stated order handling time/processing time EXCLUDES holidays and weekends. Order are only shipped AFTER the order has been verified AND payment has cleared. Vehicle information is required from the customer for an order to be considered verified. After items have shipped, The Automotive Works will update the transaction details in the eBay system with the tracking #s. Customers can input the tracking information provided at the shipping carrier’s website to track the progress of their shipment. The shipping carrier’s website will also state the exact date the items are expected to be delivered. The Automotive Works is not responsible for shipping transit delays. The shipping carrier controls shipping transit times. Please note that The Automotive Works follows Paypal rules related to a signature being required for order delivery. This is done to protect buyers and ensure they receive their merchandise. Orders over certain Paypal/eBay determined dollar thresholds will require a signature for delivery. We are unable to make exceptions for this rule.

Returns
- PLEASE TEST FIT ALL WHEELS ON VEHICLE PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES! There are no returns/exchanges for wheels or tires that have been mounted! Only UNMOUNTED wheels/tires can be returned/exchanged. The Automotive Works is not responsible for charges incurred by customers related to installation services performed or accessory item purchases (lug nuts, TPMS sensors, etc...). It is the customer's responsibility to find a reputable installer in their area.
- We ONLY accept returns/exchanges if you contact us within 14 CALENDAR days of your order being delivered. After 14 CALENDAR days, there are no returns/exchanges. All sales final after 14 CALENDAR days.
- All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) #. You must contact us within 14 CALENDAR days to obtain a return authorization (RA) #. This Return Authorization (RA) # must be clearly marked on the outer box. Items returned without a clearly marked Return Authorization (RA) # on the outer box will be refused.
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging items and purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged during the return shipping process. The Automotive Works suggest customers double box wheels and use protective material around lips of wheels to prevent damage.
- Refunds will only be issued for items after we have received, inspected, and determined that the items are in BRAND NEW CONDITION with no damage!
- Any items that are not in BRAND NEW CONDITION will be returned to the customer and no refunds will be issued.
- All refunds are minus a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the auction lists “FREE SHIPPING,” the shipping cost incurred to ship the items to the customer will be deducted from any refunds.
- Custom and special order items are not returnable. All sales final on custom and special orders.
Warranty
All wheels and tires sold by The Automotive Works are brand new and have NEVER been used, unless otherwise indicated. All wheels carry a one-year structural warranty and one-year warranty on the finish. Dakar Premium wheels carry a 2-year warranty. Tires carry full manufacturers warranty. Complete warranty details are included in every wheel box.

- TEST FIT ALL WHEELS ON VEHICLE PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES ON WHEELS!
- The Automotive Works provides extensive wheel/tire specifications (i.e. offset, hub bore, bolt pattern, back spacing, tire size, etc...). The information in our auctions is accurate and gives customers the opportunity to research our products prior to purchase.
- Fitment is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer. The Automotive Works can provide fitment guidance, but there are certain factors such as aftermarket equipment, large brake systems and other factors we cannot foresee or have not been made aware of by the customer, which may affect fitment on your vehicle. The customer ultimately knows their vehicle history best so for this reason fitment is ultimately the responsibility of the customer.
- The Automotive Works suggest customers take into account brake caliper clearance, aftermarket modifications, vehicle ride height, vehicle age/condition, etc… before purchasing.
- Professional installation is HIGHLY recommended. The Automotive Works is not responsible for any charges related to service or installation. The customer is responsible for choosing a reputable installer in their area. The Automotive Works is not responsible for any damage to vehicle or products sold due to improper installation. It is the responsibility of the customer to have installation done by a reputable and skilled installer. Any vehicle damage claims due to improper installation must be made with installers!
