Core Policies:

- Core charge for each injector is $100.
- Core charge must be paid prior to your order being shipped. Customers may return cores up front to avoid paying core charges. The core is the old unit, which was replaced by the new, refurbished, or rebuilt item.
- Please return all cores in original packaging in order to protect against damage during shipping.
- Cores must be returned intact, in rebuildable condition. Damaged cores (broken solenoids, stripped threads, vise marks, missing components, etc.) will be given partial credit, at the discretion of InjectorsDirect.com
- We do not require cores to be returned within a specific time period, but appreciate if cores are returned within 60 days.

- Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cores may be returned via any common carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX). Insuring core returns is at the discretion of the customer.

- Please include completed and signed warranty card stub with cores in order to identify your corresponding order.

- Core deposit refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection.

- Please allow 5 business days after cores are returned for credits to be posted to your account.

- Normal orders are shipped FREE VIA USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day service in the USA)
- All orders placed before 5:00 pm PST will be shipped the SAME business day (Monday-Saturday).

Return Policies:

To ensure your satisfaction, we allow our customers to return products purchased from InjectorsDirect.com, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below.

60 Day Return Period

You may return an item purchased from InjectorsDirect.com for any reason up to 60 days from the original Invoice date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new” condition.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (or “RMA”) number. To obtain an RMA number, please call (805) 903-2836, and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

Warranty Policies:

The Seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation, and if in doubt, contact the manufacturer.

ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST HAVE A RMA#, YOU MUST CALL TO GET THIS (NO EXCEPTIONS). DISASSEMBLING OR TAMPERING WITH INJECTORS WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES. NO WARRANTY OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF UNIT IS NOT RETURNED TO INJECTORS DIRECT. WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

InjectorsDirect.com (Hereafter “Seller”) gives Limited Warranty as to description, quality, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose, productiveness, or any other matter of Seller’s product sold herewith. The Seller shall be in no way responsible for the products proper use and service and the Buyer hereby waives all rights, other than those expressly written herein. This warranty shall not be extended, altered or varied.

The warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the kits. The only exception to this warranty declaration is the warranty on our refurbished injectors, which is limited to 90 days. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned prepaid to the Seller and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. All products will be checked and repaired, or replaced, at the sole discretion of the seller. All Warranty claims are subject to approval by InjectorsDirect.com. Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for the defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product or any other contingent expenses.

NO LABOR, DOWN TIME, TOWING, TRAVEL, LODGING OR ANY OTHER EXPENSE IS COVERED. IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUYER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT: THE BUYER MAY PROMPTLY RETURN THIS PRODUCT, IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND. THE INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE BUYER HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NOTE: WE HAVE DETERMINED THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE FUELS IS DAMAGING TO THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE USE OF ANY BIO DIESEL OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE FUEL VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONTAMINATED FUEL WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. ANY INJECTOR THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED INJECTORS.

ALL NEW AND REMANUFACTURED INJECTORS CARRY A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

ALL REFURBISHED INJECTORS CARRY A 90 DAY WARRANTY.
