The ulitmate answer for any Harley carb blues. Now I have availlable for 40MM and 44MM Cv carbs. Just specify size when paying with paypal. My NEW CNC for 40 MM or 44MM machined press-on flange for Late Model carbs to bolt on to Panhead, Shovelhead & Ironhead Sportster manifolds will cure all of your problems. This flange makes a rigid mounted carb to intake just like the original carb. No floppy rubber mounts to crack & leak. Gain all of the benefits of the new style carb on your bike. Just put a little JB Weld in the flange, press the flange on the carb & bolt it on. The flange is a light press fit & will NEVER come off. Base line jetting for Shovelheads and Panheads is 46 pilot and 175 main, Ironhead Sportster is 48 pilot and a 185 main. These jetting spec's are generally rich enough so you dont run into a lean problem. From this point you can fine tone to your specific application.
