Product Features:

The Type 296 is a USFS-approved quiet spark arrestor that should be used when riding in noise sensitive areas or any National Forest. If you are riding or racing on a closed course, Pro Circuit recommends their 304 silencer instead. The Type 296 spark arrestor features a special internal metal baffle, chambers and sound absorbing materials to reduce noise to about 96dB.
