This kit is new from Ford and OEM. This fits F-Series Super Duty trucks from 2003 to 2007 with the 6.0 diesel. The kit is complete for updating to the BLUE spring. It includes the fuel regulator cover, screws, seals, bushing and the BLUE spring. Typically the kit helps increase fuel pressure 5 to 15 psi to help keep air from getting to the fuel injectors (a big reason for injector failure in the 6.0's). Some will notice a smoother quieter idle.
