Sales Tax

For shipments to Virginia addresses, we are required by State Law to collect 5% Sales Tax.

Shipping

When can I expect my order?

We're proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders for in-stock merchandise, i.e. merchandise that we have in our warehouse. If you order in-stock items by 2:00 p.m. Eastern (business days), your order will be shipped on the same afternoon. Of course, orders entered on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day. Including shipping & processing, you can expect your order to arrive in 2 to 6 business days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse in Virginia.

How will my order be shipped?

An order shipped from our warehouse will go by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on its weight and size. Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail telling you when and how it shipped. Elaborate delivery instructions, such as directions to your house, cannot be followed. Similarly, the decision as to when or where to leave a package is left to the discretion of the carrier.

You may inspect any item purchased in this catalog for 90 days. If not completely satisfied you may return it in new, unused condition and in the original packaging for full exchange or refund.
