RETURN POLICY

Hopefully this section is not necessary but policy is policy: We CANNOT warranty any used item(s). All used item(s) are SOLD AS IS. ALL sales are final on electrical parts. We will only accept returns, and if possible, exchanges for non-electrical parts. Upon receiving your package there is a 14-day return and exchange period but buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. After 14 days, we cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. An item RMA (return merchandise authorization) will need to be issued before any return is processed.

ALL returned item(s) must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION and must include the original invoice slip. ALL returned item(s) must have our identifying mark. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Return packages must include a tracking number along with insurance valued at the original item(s) sale. Returns, refunds, and exchanges may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is also subject to non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we shipped the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and issue a 100% full refund after receiving our item back as long as it is in its original condition with all its contents.
