For BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED Items in a sealed box we will not accept returns. For USED ITEMS, if is a problem
you have 14 days to return the item, in the same condition as you received it, you will pay

We do send many of our shipments through our warehouses located around the country,
returns will be processed through the warehouses thus you must contact us prior to returning anything !!!
