Money back or item exchange (buyer's choice)

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item we would like to be notified within 7 days to be able to correct the issue . We will happily replace or refund (your choice) promptly at no cost to you.

If returning for any other reason other than above please email for return address with reason for return. We must be contacted within 14 days of you receiving your item and item must be returned in same condition as sent with all packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept returns on used items.

refunds will be the purchase price not including any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. If you purchased an item that included free shipping, the shipping cost was added into the purchase price and those shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Shipping & Handling are non-refundable in most cases. If returning for an exchange we will need a pay pal payment for shipping a new item to you. Once the original item is returned and payment for shipping is completed the new item will be sent.
