NOS /  New Old Stock Mercury Montego emblem pair (2) FoMoCo part number  C8GB-54291A36-A.  I believe these are correct for the quarter panel on 1968 Montego, Montego MX etc.  The condition is excellent out of the original packaging with some minor shelf wear.  One emblem is near mint. There is no pitting or scratches worth noting and it appears that nuts were very lightly installed at one time...almost invisible.  The other emblems has a couple of extremely minor pits...very hard to see and it appears that nuts were installed at one time.  It is possible that this is an early take-off but appears NOS.  A number of NOS emblems that I have recently purchased were displayed in a gentleman's shop.  Nice addition to any correct restoration.
