These filters are updated replicas of the original Hildebrandt remote oil filters. 

Now, rather than using the original canister-type oil filter, they use a modern unit which can easily be replaced and purchased from your local Napa store. The back of these filters have threaded stand-offs to bolt to your engine, chopper frame, or firewall and come with studs. These will work on nearly any application that will accept an adapter for a remote oil filer. 

The adapter is not included.

First picture is an example of one installed not the actual one you will receive.  You will receive a polished unpainted model as shown in the other pictures.
