Shipping times are very fast (usually 1 day) however they vary depending on product line. See the "Shipping and payments" tab above for estimated delivery times. Shipment tracking information will be emailed to buyer after product ships. BuyAutoTruckAccessories will only ship to a billing address or confirmed PayPal address. BuyAutoTruckAccessories does not ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons. BuyAutoTruckAccessories will not process shipments to the following locations: APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, Canadian and International locations.

BuyAutoTruckAccessories will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Before returning any item, you must obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number by filling out the eBay RMA Form. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number.

The following may NOT be returned for a refund:

• All Special Order Products
• All Painted Products

If you think that there is a high possibility that you will be returning the product you are thinking of purchasing, please contact our Customer Support Team to clarify that the standard Return Policy applies.

All Returns must be delivered back to our warehouse within 30 Days of Receipt of your order. Defective items need to be replaced through the Manufacturer.

We will reply by email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. We do not accept returns at our customer service office, please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email reply or we will provide a UPS Label for your return if the problem was an error on our part. We suggest shipping all goods with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS and FedEx automatically provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee if you ship by mail. We recommend insuring every package for your own assurance.

Affix a label to the outer box or packaging with the return authorization number and return shipping address. DO NOT write on the product's box or packaging as this will make your item non-returnable. No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card or paypal account. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com.

BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 5 days of the receipt of shipment.

Most unused items may be returned for credit (not including shipping charges). In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents.

All returns/replacements after 30 days must be done directly to the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer's warranties vary; please consult the warranty information included with your products.

Many products are highly prone to damage with Third Party Shippers and LTL Carriers. We charge a 25% Restocking Fee or Handling Fee for returning any sealed and unopened products. Unfortunately any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned.
