NOS /  New Old Stock Ford truck hood emblem FoMoCo part number C4TB-81020A68-B.  I believe this is correct for the right or left side of 1964 F100 F200 etc.  The condition is excellent out of the original packaging with some minor shelf wear.  This has never had nuts threaded on studs or an insert installed.  Nice addition to any correct restoration.
