Not sure if is new or used. Is in excellent condition. There´s no sign of wear in the screw holes nor in the screw heads. It has real minor shelf wear. Paint is nice and shiny. Chrome is in nice condition, real minor scuffs and has a small dent on a bottom corner. Knobs have some scuffs. Maybe someone have tried to test it as it has a modern plug at the end of the wire. Coaxial input - output no trace of wear (?)
