We will in most cases ship the item priority mail, however in some cases shipments to west coast and Alaska or Hawaii will have to go parcel post.

Every item will be shipped with a tracking number, however, on occasion the tracking number is slow to update. Do not be alarmed if your tracking number is not up to date, we will contact you if there is any problem with your shipment, otherwise it was shipped out on time.

We have had many people ask about the tracking number and why it isn't updating for there item. Rarely, but sometimes, it is as simple as USPS missing the scan. Also, when shipped Parcel Post, tracking is not included through USPS, unless additional payment is made. In that case, you wont see where it is. I assure you that we have never failed to ship an item on time, so if there is a hold up somewhere, it is in transit. Priority Mail shipments should be able to easily see where there item is at. For International shipments, I have seen it work sometimes and not other times when it crosses out of the US. Just the way it is.

We DO make mistakes!! but we are also willing to make them right. Truthfully we want to correct them.
We do not lie about items we post, but sometimes things are overlooked or were not seen before they were listed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT open a case, leave negative feedback or low star ratings, before you contact us!! These things hurt us as Sellers ability to get higher discounts. It is far more expensive to have unhappy buyers than to simply correct an error with you. Give us a chance to make it right before you take the next step. You have 45 days to open a case with eBay/paypal to ensure you receive what is rightfully yours, whether that is money or the item. So it really does'nt make any sense to open a case the day you receive an item and before you have contacted us, right?
