The shipping fees listed for this item are for the continental United States. Faster shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us if you wish to have your item shipped Express and we will notify you of the extra fee. We also offer international shipping to Canada and shipping to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional fee. The majority of our listings already show the additional cost for shipping outside the continental United States so please take note of this when purchasing items. Please remember that we have no control over the mail system, therefore we cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for you to receive your item. We are registered with FedEx, UPS, and the USPS so that we can find the most affordable way to ship your package and get it to you within a timely manner.
We offer a wide variety of merchandise, therefore we have a different warranty/return policy for different items.
Tools and Tool Sets: Most of our tools have a manufacturer warranty so we do not offer any returns or warranties on any new tools.
Lights: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if it is the wrong item or you changed your mind. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If the light is defective or the listing was in any way misleading, we will pay for the return shipping.
Body Parts: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase if you are not satisfied. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Glass: All glass is shipped certified mail and it is also insured. Someone must be there to sign for the package and verify that the glass is not broken. We will NOT accept any returns for broken glass that is not verified by the shipping company. If you are not satisfied with the glass, returns are accepted within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance. If the glass returned to us is broken, no return will be given.
Engine and Drive Train Parts: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase. If the item was not needed or wanted, the buyer will pay the return shipping fee. If the part is defective or the description was misleading, we will pay the return shipping fee.
The decision of whether to return the buyer's money or replace the item is at the discretion of the seller.
