60 Day Return Policy:
Our 60 day return policy works the same regardless of the reason the item is being returned. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition it was in when you received it. Please see below for details. 7 days – All items should be inspected within 7 days of receiving your order for any discrepancies or damages. Within 7 days of receiving your product if you notice any discrepancies that were caused by our company the items in question can be returned for exchange or a 100% refund. This includes the product, the shipping you paid to get the item to you, and the shipping to get it back to us. We will send you a pre-paid UPS return label to get it back to us. It will cost you absolutely nothing to return the item to us if it is our fault and you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This is in the continental 48 states only. 30 days – Within 30 days of the purchase date you may return any item for any reason for an exchange or a 100% refund of the product itself.
