You are bidding on a brand new embroidered vest patch. It is 4" X 2.25", black & white, plastic coating on back, best if sewed onto any surface. This patch will make a nice addition to your vest.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I
require all items be shipped USPS first class
registered mail. Purchases are insured against lost, and a registered
number is provided which can be used to track the package’s progress on usps.com. It is not cheap, so I would combine
purchases with friends and split the cost. Charges for this service are; $13.00
charge for using registered mail (tracking & insurance), a $2.00 charge for
the first item for a total of $15.00, then $1.50 for each additional item
depending on size and weight..
I must hand deliver these
items to the post office, then stand in line to fill out 2 different forms, 1
for registered mail and 1 for customs, then pay for the postage. I will do this
once a week for international orders, the day may vary depending on my schedule
and how many international orders are going out.
