Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of your part being shipped. Many parts ship same business day. Our normal handling time is 1-2 business days. Customers can generally expect to receive their parts within 1 to 5 business days of ordering. We are not responsible for any mistakes or delays incurred by shipping carriers.

Just like shipping carriers, we are a Monday to Friday business. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.

6 MONTH PARTS GUARANTEE

Because of our high quality standards, every part comes with a 6 Month Guarantee. This applies to parts that have been installed on your vehicle by an ASE certified mechanic. For parts that are defective, we offer our customers a free replacement (when available) or a 100% money-back refund of the purchase price.

Additional costs incurred from installing a part, including, but not limited to: seals, fluids, gaskets, labor, etc. are NEVER covered by Benwood Auto Parts. A refund will NOT exceed the price of the part for ANY reason. You accept the risk/reward of installing a used part when you purchase one.

To protect your Warranty, parts must be installed by an ASE Certified mechanic, and must be installed with accordance to the manufacturers guidelines. Parts modified in any way will not be accepted for warranty or return. All warranties VOID on parts used in a vehicle or application not listed as exact OE fitment in our listing.

Our return policy applies when you have not installed the part on your car (see warranty tab for information on installed parts). Contact us first to authorize your return. Parts must be in their received condition and packaging, and must be received back free of damage for a credit. Parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your order was shipped via UPS/USPS ground free of charge, then we will deduct an additional

5 return charge to cover our original shipping. Freight shipping orders that were shipped free of charge will have a minimum return charge of 25 to cover our original shipping. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee, at the discretion of Benwood Auto Parts.
