Used but in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The tire has approximately 7/32 inch
thread throughout.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
PAID FOR WITH PAYPAL: There are
no restrictions on the selected method for
foreign shipment for winners who pay by
check or other payment methods. But for
winners using PAYPAL as the method of payment,
winner MUST choose a shipment method allowing
less than 30 days delivery. This is required
because PAYPAL will provide a refund to
the winner and deduct the amount from the
seller's account if the winner complains
of non-receipt of item 30 days after the
auction closes. This has happened to me
twice. When it happens, the winner gets
the item free. I lose the cost paid for
the item, eBay fees, PAYPAL fees, and shipping
cost.

| INSURANCE |

Insurance is FREE on items costing $100
or less when shipped by UPS. No insurance
can be provided on shipments outside the
contiguous United States.
In all cases, if no insurance is purchased, our only responsibility for
undelivered items is to provide the winner with proof of shipping. On items
mailed through United States Postal Service, this proof will consist of a copy
of the postal receipt containing the zip code of the shipping address |

RETURNS |

Buyer MUST contact seller without
2 business days or receipt on ALL returns.
If item is sold AS-IS, no returns will be accepted. Please call the seller
if you can not contact him by email. Contacting eBay before personally
talking to seller will slow response to any questions or resolutions. |
