Original packaging may be taped at points of minimal damage evaluated to sustain shipping. Any of the aforementioned conditions qualify a product as re-conditioned.

Product purchased from WestinOutlet is sold as is and is void of all finish related warranties, including but not limited to surface defects and applies to any product purchased from WestinOutlet, new, like new, or re-conditioned. Westin warrants product with respect to vehicle specific application fitment and mounting only. Westin reserves the right to examine any claims fully for manufacturer defects or missing parts. 

In addition to the above stated warranty, T-MAX Winches are not covered by any written, expressed, or implied warranty including but not limited to misuse, wear and tear, or replacement parts. T-MAX winches purchased from westinoutlet.com are sold as is and are guaranteed to be fully and properly functioning at time of purchase. 

Important Note Regarding Applicable Taxes

If buyer billing address is in CA (9%) or in MN (6.875%), sales tax is required. No sale item requiring sales tax will be processed or shipped until the sales tax transaction is completed. 

Return Policy

Buyer assumes the risk of purchasing an outlet item based on the general condition of WestinOutlet product stated. Returns are not accepted on the basis of product condition or incorrect product purchased with the exception of manufacturer listing error.
