WHERE WE SHIP:

Please note that all listings contain shipping charges for the contiguous 48 states (excluding Alaska or Hawaii). All orders are shipped by Federal Express (FedEx) unless otherwise noted. RAMP KING® is unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO shipping addresses, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states can be arranged, but this MUST be facilitated before purchase by contacting RAMP KING® at 1-888-40-RAMPS or via email. If delivery is required outside of the contiguous 48 states, we recommend that you contact RAMP KING® prior to purchase of a product to determine feasibility for delivery.

Please include the correct shipping address. If we ship to a customer specified address and must re-route the shipment, a $15 fee will be assessed by COD.

In the event that a product is damaged during the shipping process, a complaint must be filed with Federal Express (FedEx) and notification must be made to RAMP KING® via the eBay email system.

TRANISIT TIME:

Transit time depends on shipping carrier & shipping method detailed below:

• All items over 10 lbs are shipped ground and shipping/transit time is approximately 1 to 5 business days upon shipment (depending upon shipping address).
• Items under 10 lbs are shipped ground or USPS and shipping/transit time is approximately 2 to 8 business days upon shipment (depending upon shipping address).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

LOCAL PICK-UP:

In the event a customer is local to the Central Texas Area, a direct pickup from our warehouse can be arranged. Please call us at 1-888-40-RAMPS to set up an appointment for pick up.

Every product purchased from RAMP KING® is backed by a SOLID 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

RAMP KING® will warranty all RAMP KING® products and accessories manufactured by RAMP KING®. This warranty is non-transferrable.

RAMP KING® will remedy warranty issues noted in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at our discretion, without charge or for parts or labor. In addition RAMP KING® may decide to, instead of replacing or repairing a product, issue a refund equal to the purchase price (less shipping fees) paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new RAMP KING® product.

No warranty is given for defects caused by reasons listed, but not limited to: normal wear and tear, rust due to environmental exposure, scratches, accidents due to lawful and/or unlawful vehicle operation, improper use or carry load, after-market modifications or repair to any RAMP KING® product not performed by an authorized by RAMP KING® provider.

Warranty does not cover defects resulting from conditions beyond RAMP KING®’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to correctly assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with any RAMP KING® use instruction and/or warnings and/or weigh-capacity limitations.

If a Customer feels that there is a warranty issue, the Customer should contact RAMP KING® by phone at 1-888-40-RAMPS or email us.

Please be prepared to complete a product complaint form in which an attestation of the events will be provided along with pictures and the return of the product at the Customer’s expense.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy. Returns MUST be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE which includes items that had FREE SHIPPING.

Customers will be responsible for shipping both ways. If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from any refund that is processed.

How to Return a Product:

We understand that you may have changed your mind and we would like to opportunity to work with you to determine if another product may better suit your needs.

Please see the steps below to outline the Return Merchandise Authorization Process:

1. Customer should send an eBay email to RAMP KING® to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Email Form
2. RAMP KING® will respond with an RMA Request Email Form
3. When an RMA Request Email Form is received, the customer should reply to the email with the requested information and PRINT a copy to be placed in the returned package
4. RAMP KING® will respond with an RMA # to be used to process the return
5. Customer should write the RMA # on the outside of the packaging
6. Customer should ship the package (at Customer’s expense) to the department and address provided with the RMA number. Make sure that a printout of the RMA Request Email Form is included in the package.
7. Customer should send an eBay email to RAMP KING® with the tracking information for the RMA package on the day the packaged is shipped

Please know that you will receive a response via eBay email within three (3) business days from the delivery date of the returned item. If the merchandise is in the original packaging and in NEW condition, there will not be a restocking fee. In the event that the merchandise has been used or is not returned in original packaging, the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns without Authorization: If delivery is accepted for a return, yet an RMA was not obtained by the Customer—the item WILL NOT be processed. One email attempt will be made to contact the Customer and up to a 35% restocking fee will be assessed (regardless if item is new or used). It is the responsibility of the Customer to contact RAMP KING® to obtain an RMA and follow the designed return policy outlined above.

Jurisdiction

RAMP KING® is a Texas-based Corporation. By buying from us via internet, phone, in-person or a third-party, you agree to any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and RAMP KING® must be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in Travis County, Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
