Shipping & Handling: We’ll ship your package either UPS ground or USPS first class mail. Delivery could take 2-7 business days. We may offer expedited shipping on certain items. Due to our low prices sometimes we cannot ship your items free. We ship Monday-Friday only. Items purchased Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Otherwise, items ship within 1 day of cleared payment. Tracking number provided. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO’s. If you need shipping to a P.O. Box we will use USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  Payment: Auction must be paid within 72 hours. “Buy It Now” needs to be paid immediately. We use Paypal for payments and refunds as well. If you need other payment options contact us before buying or bidding. If your purchase hasn’t been paid within 7 days we will submit a non-payment claim so we can resell the item.

  Products & Descriptions: Since we acquire products from many sources we may have limited quantities and conditions may vary. If an item is described as “new” condition it may come in an opened package or a factory sealed package. If it’s described as “used”, it may still be new but we don’t have the original packaging. All other items will be considered “used” and will be described to the best of our ability. Please be aware that many of our items may come in distressed packaging, but the contents are fine.

  Factory Serviced Products: These items have been serviced to new condition by the manufacturer or an authorized factory service center. Most of these come with a 90 day warranty from the authorized service center. Please check the auction for specific warranty period. Any “factory serviced product” that arrive to you in non-working condition or are missing parts must be replaced by the “factory service center”. Instructions are inside the box. If item is DOA they will send you a new one, just provide your eBay receipt.

  Warranty On New Products: The new items we sell will be covered by the original manufacturers warranty. We cannot warranty the product or offer replacement parts. Many manufacturers will replace missing or broken parts. Look at the manual that came with your product, it usually has a customer care number for these situations.

  Return Policy: Each auction will state if the item can be returned and the timeframe a return will be accepted. ALL returns must be authorized. Return shipping is buyers’ responsibility. Item must be returned in same condition it left our building. If it is new and unopened when we ship it, then we expect it to be new and unopened when it’s returned. Opened packaging is subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a product is (DOA) “dead on arrival” we will refund all your money and pay for return shipping.

  Feedback: We’ll always leave positive feedback once our transaction is complete. We would appreciate positive feedback in return. If you cannot give us positive feedback, please contact us so we can correct whatever we have to, and make you happy! Customer service is very important to us. Please do not leave negative feedback without letting us have a chance to resolve your issue.

  All items we sell come from various liquidation sources and are checked to be in working order before they leave our possession. If an item cannot be verified to be in working order the auction will state so and will be a “buying as-is” auction. Many of these items are for sale locally as well. On the rare chance that you purchase an item and we’ve already sold it locally, we’ll immediately refund your money.
