We have left rear (driver side rear) removed from a 1999 740IL BMW.

In good working condition.  Opens and closes properly.

One bracket is broken, as seen in picture #2.

Refunds on defective items are provided when an exchange is not available.  Buyer has to contact us within 3 days after receiving item and is responsible for return shipping charges.  Item will be carefully inspected once received to ensure it contains our markings and not been tampered with.  If we determine that item has been tampered with in any way or discover item doesn't contain our markings, we will not issue exchange and item will be shipped back at buyers expense.

15% re-stocking fee will be charged on items returned that are NON defective.
